Maplewood Design and Review Board will consider a retaining wall and fence for the coming Tim Hortons, six signs, a revision for the new city firehouse and an outdoor garden center on the northeast corner of Manchester and Bellevue.These changes to the city’s landscape are on the design and review agenda Thursday evening.
