Monday, Nov. 3

  • Police responded to the 7700 block of W. Bruno for a reported disturbance. Officers spoke with two family members at the scene who said they were involved in a minor altercation. One of the men involved in the disturbance had left before police arrived. No arrests were made or charges filed.
  • Police arrested a 48-year-old man for shoplifting merchandise from a Maplewood Commons business.

Tuesday, Nov. 4

  • Police arrested a 18-year-old man for shoplifting merchandise from a Maplewood Commons business.

Wednesday, Nov. 5

  • Police arrested a 24-year-old man for shoplifting merchandise from a Maplewood Commons business.
  • Police are investigating the theft of a game system at a Maplewood Commons business on Nov. 5. A man stole the game system and ran out of the store. Police canvassed the area but were unable to locate him.

Friday, Nov. 7

  • A 2001 Ford Escape was stolen from the 3000 block of S. Hanley. The vehicle was located several hours later in Fairview Heights, IL. Police have identified a suspect.
  • A GPS unit was stolen from a vehicle in the 2600 block of Roseland Terrace. The incident was reported on Nov. 7.
  • A GPS unit was reported stolen from a vehicle in the 7200 block of Richmond Place.
