Maplewood businesses The Book House and La Cosecha are celebrating anniversaries.
The Book House celebrated its 30th anniversary on October 1. It opened at its original location in a Victorian house in Rock Hill on October 1, 1986, according to owner Michelle Barron. Also on October 1 the shop celebrated its third anniversary opening in Maplewood, at 7352 Manchester Road.
La Cosecha is celebrating its 10th anniversary with a benefit concert for Loaves and Fishes at Focal Point on November 6 from 2 – 5 p.m. Tickets are $15 and are available at La Cosecha. La Cosecha opened in Maplewood in spring, 2013, relocating from Olivette with Great Harvest Bread.
