Mark Wilson childhood friend endorses him for mayor: The Brentwood Spirit

Pat is an ideas man–but ahead of his time for Brentwood. But none the less, the editor of the Spirit should have indicated that these articles were part of a series and all three candidates were profiled. This election campaign season was a little bit like the flu. Some people (like me) advocated their candidate (Mark Wilson) vehemently as his orientation was about the community of residents that make up Brentwood.

You apparently missed the splendid statement by Pat Kelly, a highly moral family man, about all the ruckus of “Candidate-Gate”. But all the animus is dying down, and people have for the most part selected their candidate. You made the same mistake I did and thought that the 40 South article was FOR one candidate–when the Spirit should have made it clear this was a journalistic series that was picked up by 40 South as relevant to the critical importance of Brentwood City-Brentwood School system collation. So enjoy your weekend and cast your ballot–just like everyone else. THERE WILL BE NO LOSERS IN THIS ELECTION. There will only be a selection of a Mayor, a City judge and alder(wo)men.

I’m looking at this and I see Wilson’s yard sign on public media. That means that this news media need to publish a picture of the opposing mayoral candidates.

Oh, now that’s a shocker! Did he fill out and affidavit? Was it notorized? Any one of those guys could get testimonials from friends. Slow news day, eh?
