Terrence S. Hall, of the 1200 block of Cyr Road, St. Louis, was arrested for shoplifting two pairs of men’s Lacoste shoes from Nordstrom Rack, in Brentwood on Nov. 8, according to police and court reports.
According to reports, Hall hid the shoes in a paper bag and carried them out of the store without any attempt to pay for them. He was caught outside the store and the shoes were returned.
He was held on a $5,000 bond. Hall was previously found guilty of stealing offenses in February 2015 and April 2012 in St. Louis and St. Peters.
Gee, wonder what his punishment was for previous offenses? Didn’t learn his lesson did he?
