Richmond Heights officials on Monday heard the first reading toward approving The Boulevard, Phase 2, across Brentwood Boulevard from The Galleria, and south of The Boulevard, phase 1.
City Manager Amy Hamilton said after the meeting that no issues with the project came up, and that the vote will be at the next meeting.
