Julius Phillips is making the request. A business called Puppies & Yoga is at 7170 Suite A. Vintage Gold 88, a vintage clothing store, is 7164 A Manchester Road. Phillips couldn’t be reached for comment on Saturday.
Also, Heather Hill, co-owner of The Sports Bra, at 7344 Manchester Road, is requesting a full and Sunday liquor license for the sports bar, that will feature women’s sports only.
