Church’s Chicken closed its Maplewood store in June after more than 40 years in business on what was once known as “The Wedge”, at the corner of Manchester and Southwest. It’s now up for sub-lease.

Frank Yocum, VP of sales for Hilliker, said it still has the kitchen equipment. The parking lot can accommodate 11 cars and it has a drive-through.
When asked if Busloop Burgers (6111 MLK Drive, St. Louis) was still interested in opening a second location there, as previously mentioned on 40 South, Yocum said he couldn’t discuss potential tenants unless they give their permission.
They’re asking $3,296 a month, absolute net. The space is 1,364 square feet.
Jonathan- I asked the agent about Busloop Burgers and he said he couldn’t say.
