The owner of 7350 Manchester Road, Rothschild St. Louis, is renovating the space and dividing it in two. The spaces will be available in September for $2,300 for each side, according to their website.

Is Rothchild St. Louis submitting plans for storefront and street-facade upgrades? They look very drab.
Doug,
7350 and 7352 Manchester used to be the J.J. Newberry. Woolworths was at the corner of Sutton and Manchester where The Post, Gol Bowl and a couple of other stores are. The Post’s address is 7372 Manchester Road.
