Almost a hundred residents braved the snow to come to the Richmond Heights City Council meetings Tuesday evening at The Heights, mostly to oppose Boland Place — a proposed apartment complex on Dale Avenue — they signed petitions at the door and the stack was more than an inch thick.
The council heard about 90 minutes of comments at the previous meeting, on Jan. 4.
Fifteen residents spoke in the public hearing on Tuesday. Following that the council heard the first reading of the bills that would approve the complex. The final council vote should take place at the next meeting.
