As of this October 40 South News has been reporting events of Brentwood, Maplewood and Richmond Heights for two years.

It’s obvious that food news is big: donuts, fried chicken (twice), sushi, hamburgers and tacos show up in the top ten.

The sometimes bare-knuckle world of Brentwood politics appears six times, though the fourth most-read post is about a homeless man in Brentwood who finds a home.

Maplewood city hall’s handling of Airbnb, QuikTrip and a proposed snuggling business made the list, and a New York Times visit to the Maplewood court, in relation to Ferguson, came in at number seven.
